1. Introduction

Welcome to The Flying Bow operating in India. These Terms govern your access to our website and any purchases you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Identification & Contract Formation

The Flying Bow headquartered at gurgoan branch , enter into a legally binding contract once we accept your order by processing payment and dispatching goods. Prior confirmation does not constitute acceptance

3. Products & Descriptions

We specialize in handmade hair accessories like scrunchies, clips, headbands, and bows. Colours, textures, or styles may vary slightly from product images due to screen settings or artisanal production

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, or other supported methods.

• Payment is collected at checkout, and the order is confirmed only upon successful processing

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

• Standard delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days; express options are available at extra cost.

• Delivery estimates may vary and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to courier or customer-provided address errors.

6. Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

• All sales are final. Refunds and returns are not available for change of mind, hygiene reasons, or minor variations.

• An exchange is permitted only if the wrong product was delivered and original packaging is intact.

• Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery, providing order number and photographs.
