1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1‒2 business days after payment is confirmed (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excluded). During high-volume periods please allow 1–2 additional days for processing.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Express / Priority Shipping: Faster delivery at a premium

  • Local Pickup (if available): Collect from our warehouse or office location

3. Shipping Cost Structure

We offer clear shipping charges during checkout:

  • Flat‑rate shipping based on weight/destination

  • Free shipping on orders over ₹999
    Shipping charges vary by destination and order weight. Calculated rates are displayed before payment.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery estimates:

Local Pickup Same-day (if ordered before cutoff)

Please note: Delivery time begins after the order is processed (not the day it was placed).

5. International Shipping (If applicable)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility

6. Shipment Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can check delivery status at any time through our tracking page. We also send notifications at key milestones (shipped, out for delivery, delivered).

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

In case of lost, damaged, or undelivered items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery date

  • Provide order number, tracking info, and images (if applicable)
